Hello! I installed cisco anyconnect secure mobility client 4.5 on windows 10 and it cannot connect to the VPN. When I clicked on the “Connect” button, the client window simply disappeared. The VPN service is not available. Exiting. My solution is to uninstall the Cisco ANyconnect, and delete folder Cisco ANyconnect under Program Data, and restart. Install again with the same version. Without removing previous folder it will not solve the issue. Try it. Visit https://netid.rutgers.edu/ and choose the link for Service Activation in the left-hand navigation.
